I work as a business consultant in the Belgian logistics software sector, on transport and warehouse management solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The day job is functional design, product development and leading AI tooling work.
That is the perspective MLC brings to a project: a background in operations and ERP, not only in models and code. I know what a dispatcher's day looks like, why master data is never clean, and why the technically elegant answer is sometimes the wrong one.
